// Ford Land Welcome Center

Project Notes:

Eview 360 worked closely with Ford Land to design a new Welcome Center that would educate visitors about Ford Land's commercial portfolio as well as the vibrant Fairlane community. Eview 360 provided graphic and interior design support, as well as interactive displays that would deliver dynamic content to visitors.

Ford Land engaged Eview 360 to provide a solution that would help tenants visualize what could be done in a space with minimal investment in construction and build-out. Our team worked within Ford Land’s parameters to create a space that was comfortable, inviting and neutral enough to appeal to a variety of tenants as an “as-is” suite. With a few simple cosmetic enhancements that included paint and a closet turned cafe bar, as well as carefully selected furniture, graphics and millwork, Eview 360 created a suite model that will assist Ford Land in prospective tenant presentations and walk-throughs.

Project Notes:

Ford Land engaged Eview 360 to provide a conceptual design that would help tenants visualize how an ordinary, vacant suite could transform into a creative environment that encourages interaction. This suite was designed for prospective tenants who require an open, functional, collaborative space that facilitates teamwork and an energetic culture. Glass walls were used to create offices that are private, yet transparent. Bright furniture, brick accents and graphics breathe life into the environment. Systems furniture and storage solutions maximize square footage, leaving more space for conference rooms and informal meeting areas.

Project Notes:

Our design seeks to bridge the gap between retail electronic stores and high-end service outlets, pushing the boundaries of modern retail design. Our concept features a digital storefront, waterfall walls, cafe lounge, two-story glass showcase and an interactive car audio and home entertainment zone.

// Nakheel Developments - Dubai, U.A.E

Project Notes:

Nakheel's real estate development ranges into residential, tourist, commercial and retail property. Recognizing the benefit of designing an environment that can engage, educate and promote their development portfolio, Nakheel requested the creative expertise of Eview 360. Our design concept focused on the sales center as a key touchpoint. Our team presented a design that transformed the look and feel of the existing sales center; resulting in a remarkable visual and immersive customer experience.

Project Notes:

After working closely with Tessera to develop a memorable and recognizable brand, Eview 360 translated key attributes into the design of Tessera's corporate office. Our team designed custom fixtures, selected brand appropriate furniture and graphics to create a branded environment that engages customers and employees. Our dedicated Project Managers handled design, fabrication and fulfillment.

We believe that in order to be successful, you must live your brand. An evolution of previous office designs, we have created an environment that is modern, bright and lively. It is a representation of our philosophy and demonstrates our team's capability. An open floor plan and informal meeting spaces encourage collaboration, communication and creativity. Artwork, graphics and fixtures created by our own designers are displayed throughout our office.
