Luxury Garage Concept
Divided into three distinct zones, the design of this residential development’s garage space is an elevated, gallery-style space for the owner’s vehicles. A glossy and pristine outer shell defines the front and rear zones, providing a bright, minimal canvas for the cars on display. At the center of the space, the outer zones are contrasted by a tactile and inviting inner zone. The warm wood tones that envelop the space are punctuated by black accents, all of which inject the space with a feeling of hospitality.

Zone 1: A space intended for the owner’s daily-use vehicles, Zone 1 sets the tone of the garage. Side walls are clad in a white glass inset with integrated linear LEDs, which draw the eye through the space. LED halo light fixtures define the vehicle spaces, and tastefully define the zone. An EV charger is mounted to the adjacent wood slat surround, providing an intentional space for a necessary function.
Zone 2: A wood slat surround defines Zone 2 – the space adjacent to the unit’s entry elevator – creating a space that evokes warmth and hospitality. The warm wood is punctured by two sleek frames. One frame encompasses the entry, and provides a soft, welcoming place to have a seat. Another frame features a dynamic, automotive art piece. At the center of the space is a feature vehicle, which is elegantly displayed on an edge-lit carpad.
Zone 3: At the rear of the garage is Zone 3, which features 2 single-post car lifts to maximize storage. An illuminated back wall highlights the owner’s vehicle collection & frames the space. As with Zone 1, the side walls are clad in a white glass with integrated linear LEDs.
