Our design of this private garage at M1 Concourse started with a vision of a space that would be both rugged and refined. Our search for inspiration began in spaces that embody casual luxury. We found inspiration in the timeless design of New York’s industrial lofts; spaces that layer worn and sleek textures, and spaces that feel both luxurious and relaxed. To achieve the vision of the New York loft, Unit 172 was designed using warm, industrial finishes – like exposed brick and reclaimed wood floors – balanced by a few cool, modern touches, including several designer light fixtures, metallic and high gloss finishes, and a frameless glass office space.
