The Maserati Showroom Experience fused the fashion elements of Zegna, Italian food, the roar of Italian engines, and fine art. Operatic stanzas filled the showroom along with the rich smell of fine leather, the glitter of fine Bulgari jewelry, and cinematic lighting effects. The culmination of each component is emotionally exhilarating, reflecting each aspect of the Maserati brand in a uniquely tuned sensory experience.

We worked with the Maserati team to evaluate their current facilities to implement a memorable experience for customers, without touching the existing architecture. To execute this experience, we went thru a rigorous process of brand research and CX development to create a sensory, tactile, and digital customer journey, leaving a lasting impression on customers.
